The sea has always been part of my life. I’m Francesco and I’ve been fishing since I was two, when my father first took me out to sea. I’ve lived and sailed in Salento since 2003, getting to know these waters closely.

On board I share more than fishing: I share the discovery of the sea, from the species we encounter to the natural balance of this ecosystem. The atmosphere is friendly and informal, while always professional.

Whether you’re an experienced angler, a group of friends or a family with children, the aim is to share an authentic day on the sea of Porto Cesareo. You can personalise the day, route and fishing technique. Let’s plan it together.

Are the trips private or shared?

Always private. The RIB is exclusively for your group, with no other guests joining you.

Can I come if I’ve never fished before?

Of course. Surface trolling, coastal bottom fishing and wreck bottom fishing suit beginners, with my guidance. Tuna drifting and offshore trolling are for experienced anglers. The configurator will help you choose.

How many people can join?

Up to 8 on coastal excursions. For fishing, up to 7 for surface trolling only, and up to 5 for other techniques. Every trip is private, with no mixed groups. If your party is larger, send us a message and we’ll try to find a suitable solution.

Are fuel and the aperitivo included?

You only pay for the fuel you use, charged separately. Consumption is measured electronically and settled in cash at the end of the trip. A complimentary Salento aperitivo is included on coastal excursions.

How do we choose the day and boarding point?

You can enter a range of available dates in the configurator. We’ll agree on the best day on WhatsApp, depending on weather and availability. Boarding is convenient in Porto Cesareo, and you’ll receive the directions directly.

What should I bring?

Bring swimwear, a towel, sunscreen, a hat and sunglasses. You do not need to bring fishing equipment: it is included and available on board. Wear clothing suitable for the sea and season. If you plan to take your catch home, bring a suitable container.

Can we personalise the trip?

Yes. You can personalise the route, duration, stops and fishing technique beyond the standard outings. We can also arrange fishing techniques not listed in the configurator. Tell us how you’d like to spend the day and we’ll agree on a plan suited to the sea and season.

Do I need to be able to swim?

Swimming is not compulsory to join the trip. It is recommended for swimming stops, as it helps you enjoy the experience fully. Life jackets are available on board. If you cannot swim, let us know in advance and agree with the skipper how to enjoy the stops.
